Benjamin got a pet while in the Pirate Village on the Isle of Avalon. He found a parrot that got left behind by one of the pirates. She was missing half of her feathers, and had a nasty bite, but as he showed consistency and kindness to her, she went from hanging upside down and ignoring him, to letting him scratch her little head and calling to him when she wanted attention.
